Welcome to My Network Journal

Hello, my name is George Batton, and I recently passed the CCNA certification. I am hoping to one day work in the networking field. This website is designed as a blog to document my journey in configuring and understanding networks from basic to advanced concepts.  I plan to post a new lab each week as I progress through the basic topics contained in the CCNA curriculum.  I am exclusively using the Packet Tracer app to create these labs, but may use GNS3 in future posts.  Each lab will be a separate blog post. I will comment on how I developed them and any possible challenges that others might face. This site is mainly designed as a portfolio for recruiters looking to hire. I hope it will also help me and any visitors achieve a deeper level of mastery in CCNA topics.
